2. What this site is
This website presents the work and services of Omar Derdare. Descriptions, delivery times and prices (for example the packages in Dirhams) are indicative and are not a binding offer. A project only starts after we agree on scope, price and timeline in writing.
3. Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this site belong to Omar Derdare unless stated otherwise. Projects shown in the portfolio belong to their respective clients and are displayed with their agreement; their names, logos and trademarks remain theirs. You may not copy or resell this site’s content without written permission.
4. Demo accounts
Some portfolio projects offer demo dashboard credentials. They are a sandbox for exploring the interface: do not enter real personal data, do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to those demos, and expect them to be reset or removed at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: send spam or unlawful content through the contact or newsletter forms; attempt to access the administration area or other users’ data; run automated scans or attacks; or interfere with the normal operation of the site. Forms are rate-limited and abuse may be blocked.
6. Third-party links
The site links to services such as WhatsApp, GitHub, LinkedIn and Instagram. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranty
The site and its content are provided “as is”. I work to keep information accurate and the site available, but I do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Moroccan courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
